I understand that shopping online can be filled with uncertainty - especially when you're purchasing furniture and home goods to live with every day.  I want you to be thrilled with your new items.  If not, I'll do what I can to make it right.  I stand behind my products 100%.  All products and furniture offered for sale by Ciseal are documented with photos and accurate descriptions.  Please bear in mind that each piece is unique…which is exactly why it is awesome.

Sometimes, an item just isn't the right size, color, or shape, and I get that.  That's why I accept returns for any reason within 30 days.  Any returned item must be in like-new condition and must be returned in the original packaging.  Please contact me at hello@ciseal.com before returning your item and I will figure out all of the details with you.  Unless the reason for the return is a mistake on my part, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns that arrive at Ciseal with damage or signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.

Should your item need a repair – please contact Ciseal and I will be glad to help.  I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
