US Shipping:
Approximate lead times are included in the product description. It may take some time to fabricate your order before shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the size and weight of your item. If it costs us less than what you paid to ship your package to you we will refund you the difference.  Insurance and tracking information will be provided unless otherwise noted.

International Shipping:
Approximate lead times are included in the product description.  It may take some time to fabricate your order before shipping. Ciseal ships internationally using USPS, UPS or DHL. Some items may not be available for international shipping, and we may not be able to ship to all locations.  If it costs us less than what you paid to ship your package to you we will refund you the difference. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delayed packages by Customs Officials or possible duty, VAT, and import taxes. Insurance and tracking information will be provided unless otherwise noted.
